In the future guesthouse, the two guest rooms that will also double as work studios for Armand and I will only be 10 feet x 13 feet. (There’ll be a 3/4 bath in between.) This will require a very efficient space plan. I want to record music, write, make art, and sew in my studio. Armand wants to write and practice yoga. What to do?
We’ll be rockin’ the Murphy beds. Aw yeah. But these won’t be Miss Hannigan’s Murphy bed. These’ll be nice. Real nice.
